Your massage, step by step.

Before the massage begins, you will talk through pressure, focus areas, and anything you want your massage professional to avoid.

  1. 01

Your massage professional will ask what you want from the appointment and discuss pressure, focus areas, and areas to avoid.

  2. 02

You will have privacy to prepare and remain appropriately draped throughout the massage.

  3. 03

Afterward, take your time sitting up and getting dressed. You can ask practical follow-up questions before you leave.

Choose the time and focus.

  • A focused shorter appointment
  • A full-length relaxation appointment
  • A package or membership for regular visits
Call to book

Before your appointment.

  • Arrive hydrated and a few minutes early.
  • Share injuries, sensitivities, pregnancy, and pressure preferences.
  • Eat lightly beforehand if that feels more comfortable.
  • Speak up if the temperature, positioning, or pressure needs to change.

Privacy and clear communication.

Massage takes place in a private treatment room. You remain appropriately draped, and your massage professional will check in about pressure and focus areas.

When to check first.

Massage does not replace medical evaluation or treatment. Some conditions, recent procedures, injuries, and stages of pregnancy may require clearance or a modified appointment. When in doubt, consult your healthcare professional before booking.
